Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes, we usually require a deposit. You’ll find the exact amount clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
How and when do I pay for my stay?
Whichever you prefer: in cash, by bank transfer before your arrival, or by debit or credit card for invoice amounts of €250 or more. The balance is due the day before your departure.
What happens if I have to cancel my stay?
Cancellations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. If you have any questions regarding this, we’d be happy to assist you in person.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
We look forward to welcoming you from 4.00 pm. On the day of your departure, we would appreciate it if you could check out by 9.00 am so that we can prepare everything for the next guests.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Of course – your four-legged friend is very welcome here. We charge €25 per day per pet, excluding food.
How far is it from the accommodation to the nearest mountain railway?
You’re just 70 metres from the ski lift – the slopes start practically right on your doorstep.
Is there also a relaxation area at the Auriga?
Yes, our wellness area, featuring a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, infrared cabin and outdoor pool with a relaxation room, is the perfect place to unwind after an eventful day.
Where can I park my car, and is there space for my bike as well?
A free parking space is available for your car right next to the building – the number of spaces is limited per flat. Motorcyclists and cyclists will also be pleased to find a dedicated bike room with a repair corner and a washing area.
Is there a lift?
Yes, a passenger lift will take you and your luggage straight to your flat in comfort.
Are bed linen and towels already in the flat, or do I need to bring my own?
Everything has already been prepared for you: each flat is equipped with table linen, bed linen and towels.
Is the final clean included in the price?
Final cleaning is not included in the price of the flat and will be charged separately.
